SHIPPING POLICY
We provide USPS Media Mail shipping with tracking on all domestic book orders. We also provide FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS) shipping with a postal ID number on all international book orders.
Please note: FIMS does not provide a tracking service.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS or FedEx transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or FedEx along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with your shipping carrier.
All International Orders must select the International Shipping Option, for your paperback to be delivered anywhere outside of the United States.

Our Refund Policy is clear and to the point. We do not offer refunds on sales items or Secret Academy memberships as all content in the Secret Academy is digital and cannot be retrieved/returned. All additional courses and books do have a 14-day money back guarantee when not purchased during a sale and requests must be received by email at contactus@secretentourage.com within that time period.
